Corona Del Mar creek bed restoration project.

The purpose of this restoration project was to re-establish the community beach access walkway, which had been destroyed by storm run off. We temporarily diverted the water flow in the creek bed for the installation of keyway below the creek bed bottom, de-watering as we reconstructed the concrete treated soil slope.

The material was conveyored out for the installation of the keyway, then conveyored back. The material was then blended and compacted to achieve concrete treated soil.

After the grading was completed a new pedestrian walkway with hand rails was installed to restore the access to the beach for the comunity.
